At Muse, we wanted to send a quick hello. Is your inbox already filled with notifications about COVID-19? Ours are, too.

With the influx of emails related to the topic, we didn’t want to be another worrisome message to you. We wanted to send a reminder that conversations, relationships and creativity is not being cancelled. All of us at Muse Group want to bring together and remind ourselves, our clients, and the community that this is a time for consideration, support, and positivity.

We recognize that with the constantly changing COVID-19 situation around the world, this is an unprecedented time for everyone. A time that, for many, is filled with uncertainty. Our hearts and thoughts go out to each and every one of you.

During this time, marketing messages can have a positive effect on society and at Muse Group we want to be the ones that are help spread and choose joy. We’re going to show up more now than ever for our clients and others even if we’re unsure.

Brands are being forced to quickly act and adapt to a situation that changes daily. We might not have all the answers or resources, but we want to make sure that we start the conversation in seeing how we can help each other. Here are some ways that you can stay connected and do what you can within the community:

• Keep supporting local businesses: by purchasing a gift card, picking up or having a delicious meal delivered and pencil in a date night a couple months from now to still enjoy a dining experience.
• Social sharing: keep sharing your favorite local stores, restaurants, and bars on your social media platforms. Nothing is better than giving your favorite businesses in the community a share, when social distancing is the new normal for right now.
• Over communicate: transparency is key to virtual times. Communication might feel different for a little while, but it is important to let your community and team members know how they can get in touch with you.
